These capacities allow us to develop accurate urban models and can also be applied to support:
The second step is to develop photogrammetric models and videos that allow a visual detailed inspection of buildings
The models include a precise topography in two possible versions: Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and the Digital Surface Model (DSM). These models are required for losses assessments, in particular for flooding estimations.
Data capture allows the creation of sea wall models. These precise models include accurate dimensions and allow the assessment of the structural condition of the sea walls, providing conditions for flooding models and sea-level rise analysis.
A high-resolution 3D mesh was created to help with the visual inspection of each building.
Some of the worst flooding conditions happen during the King Tides, which generally occur three times a year (NOAA). These flooding conditions show how the sea level rise will affect coastline communities.
